About Mo Dailey’s

From Wassup Magazine
The new 4400 square foot tavern is located next to the Norwood Park Metra station at 6070 N Northwest Hwy and looks to be an awesome addition to the Northwest side of Chicago. The establishment is named after the late Maurice “Mo” Dailey, District Commander for the Chicago Police Department.

The building has a unique décor with custom made stone, brick, and woodwork and the inside of the building is decorated with Firefighter/Police themed memorabilia from the early 1900’s.The tavern has been equipped with 27 televisions from 47” to 80” making it the perfect spot to gather with friends to catch all your Chicago sports action. Another welcoming attribute is the raised seating space by a cozy fireplace, perfect for warming up with one of the many weekly drink specials that will be offered.
With a fully equipped kitchen Mo’s will offer a fresh food menu by their very own chef, which will include burgers, seafood, wraps, salads and more. With its many amenities, Mo’s is sure to become a local favorite in no time at all!

The building is equipped with a classic room (the “Cottage”) for private parties and is hoping to become a platform for the community to host events for local organizations and foundations. They will offera DJ on selected weekend nights and host live music every Sunday. With Spring just around the corner, Mo Dailey’s boasts 1000 square feet of outdoor space perfect for those patrons that enjoy drinking and dining “al fresco”.
